I've played at every major poker site for that past 10 years or so and right now the ONLY decent site available to U.S.players is Carbon Poker, or one of the other "Merge" poker sites. Carbon has the most players and best overall selection of games & tourneys. Depositng and withdrawals are fairly easy, and most of the popular poker forums hold games there. Overall the best site at this point for U.S players. Now if you're not a U.S resident then you would probably would enjoy Fulltilt, or Pokerstars which Fulltilt just purchased. I would play at either of those 2 sites myself, but living in ther U.S. makes that impossible. GL!

Not "anyone" but "everyone" having issues cashing out. In fact its gotten so bad that the other skins on the network have each restricted their players from playing at tables with Lock players because they are afraid of Lock players dumping their chips to players on skins that can actually pay. Im on Intertops and the cash games are all but dead. Saturday afternoon at 4 pm i had a grand total of less than 50 players playing cash games on tables i could sit at and thats Holdem, Omaha and Omaha 8B. Not 1 full ring game of any kind above .02/.04
They are even slow paying Euro players which means they are on their last leg more than likely.
